Refund & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the Black Sage Woodworks product, please email normledoux@blacksagewoodworks.com  and we will respond promptly.

All returns or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. After submission of a return or exchange request, you can return a product up to 30 days from the date delivery.

You can return the product for a full refund or exchange of another one. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a receipt satisfactory inspection or the items(s).

Custom products are unique one-of-a-kind items commissioned with special requests and/or requirements. Custom products are not allowed for exchange. Custom products, are refunded at 40% of the original purchase price.

You are responsible for return shipment and insurance costs. Insurance is recommended. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made on items damaged in transit with your shipping carrier. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after receipt of the return and satisfactory inspection of the item(s) has been performed
