Shipping Policy

Black Sage Woodworks ships via Canada Post (including International shipments) and Purolator Ground. Express shipping is available upon request. At the discretion of Black Sage Woodworks, orders may be shipped via carriers other than Canada Post or Purolater, if deemed appropriate. You will be provided tracking information via email notice or via Text.

Large powwow drums, 26″ diameter and larger ship via Purolator shipping or via freight shipping carriers. Pick-up can also be arranged from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase to Black Sage Woodworks.

Large powwow drums ship via freight and will be arranged with consultation with the customer. Please contact us at normledoux@blacksagewoodworks.com for questions on international shipping of large powwow drums.

We ship orders as promptly as we can, order processing time can take up to 2-10 business days.
Please note that the number of days noted on the Canada Post shipping method at check-out indicates the carrier’s estimated transit time in business days. This does not include order processing time, which can take 2 to 10 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that shipping carriers do not guarantee their shipping time estimates. These estimates are calculated in business days, and do not include the day the carrier receives the package.

Please double-check your delivery address entry.  Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delay in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
